Bordeaux & Bordeaux, CPAs, PA was just featured in the CPA Technology Advisor’s September issue.    The CPA Technology Advisor is a monthly magazine that goes out to tax and accounting professionals across the United States.   This periodical helps accountants adopt new technologies  for their firms and to adapt their business practices to take full advantage of existing technologies.

Our firm has always set out to stay on the cutting edge of technology so that we can be highly productive.  This in turn allows us to ensure that we are able to provide the best client service possible.  The periodical has also kept us current on new technology as it comes out so that we can properly advise our small business clients as to what new technologies might help them to better manage their business processes as well.

After two years of search and waiting, we have now moved into our new offices in Lake Wylie.  Our new offices are more spacious and allow us much more visability to serve our community.  We are now located in the McSpadden Custom Homes building along with Glaza Chiropractic Clinic and Focus Physical Therapy + Fitness at 548 Nautical Drive.  The new building is a one of a kind office in Lake Wylie!  

As most of you know, we have been planning to move into larger facilities for some time now. I am excited to announce that we have decided to move into the new Lake Wylie Professional Center that is being built on Nautical Drive in the Shoppes at the Landing. We do not have a move in date yet, but we expect it to be in the first quarter.

We are very excited about the move. With approximately 1,600 square feet, it will give us needed room for expansion of our business which has grown rapidly since we moved our office from Ballantyne to Lake Wylie three years ago. This will provide us with more offices as well as additional work space for employees. We will also have a MUCH larger conference room that will provide us a venue for our Small Business Educational Seminars that we hold regularly to educate the small business community. In the past, we have been forced to hold them at venues outside of the immediate Lake Wylie area in order to have the space and multimedia requirements that were necessary. Our space will house both Bordeaux & Bordeaux, CPAs, PA as well as our full service payroll firm, RedWolf Payroll.

We can all see the new “hub” of Lake Wylie’s growth will be at the corner of 274 and 49 and our business will be well prepared to serve the growth of our community. The best part is that the building will be of a much higher quality than any of the other options which we have had in the past. The building will be two stories, but is built on a hill so there will be parking and access for both floors. Our office will have frontage on Nautical Drive and will occupy the front right of the building. When the project is finished, it will truly be a building that we can be proud of.

Another big plus is that I will be able to walk to work if I choose
