The vast majority of the outsourced jobs have been those paying a higher wage, like a lot of the factory and goods manufacturing jobs. Most of the minimum wage jobs are service industry positions that require physical interaction with customers here in the US. If technology would allow burger flipping to be done in India, we’d see that as well.
