It drives me up the wall and is one of the reasons I quit ordering pizzas from several of the well known pizza delivery chains. I wanted a small pizza and all they sold was a medium or a large. Oh yeah, they also had an extra large. Now if they have three sizes, doesn't that make the large the medium? Try paying that for it.
