Why Should You Be LinkedIn?
Posted by Chad BordeauxFriday, July 18th, 2008
I signed up for LinkedIn a while back. When I was invited by a friend to “Link In,” I was not quite sure why. I did it anyway and added many of my other friends. My connections list started to grow. I would see people I worked with or knew years ago that I have not even talked to since. Regardless of all this data being out there, I was not sure why I was even signed up.
This new video on YouTube! explains it a little better. Thanks to Matthew Homann for pointing me to this video.

Great video! I can tell you firsthand that people definitely look at LinkedIn. I recently decided that I wanted to volunteer and the association I emailed contacted me back and referenced my LinkedIn profile.
Make sure your profiles are updated and don’t forget to SPELL CHECK.
Thanks for posting the video!
