New Businesses

If you are investigating purchasing a business or starting a new business, you need our assistance to help you make informed decisions and choices and start your business off on the right foot. We offer a full range of consulting and financial services to assist you.

New Business Formation Package:  In the initial stages, you will have many questions about how your business should be structured, what expenses are deductible, how will you get paid, and what tax consequences will exist. We have developed a package of written materials that will serve as important reference information. This package is $259 and includes one FREE hour of personal consultation to discuss your specific questions.

New Business Formation Package $259.00

Business Plans:  Every business should have a plan of action. If you do not have goals and plans, how will you know if your business is viable or can be successful? Also, if your business will require outside financing, a detailed business plan will be required by lenders and bankers. We will assist you with assembling a business plan that contains all of the vital elements that lenders are looking for. When your plan is complete, we will introduce you to bankers and lenders that can put you on the fast track to making your vision a reality.

Examine Purchase Offers and Sales Documents:  When purchasing an existing business, we are available to help you determine what issues you may want to investigate based on the financial statements of the existing business. We are available to consult with you to determine what entity is best for your new venture. Should you form a C-corporation, S-corporation, LLC, LLP, partnership or a sole proprietorship? We can narrow down your choices by explaining the vast variety of entities and their tax and business consequences.
